As part of our expanding Business Process Automation Practice
, we are looking for a Senior Zoho Developer / Solution Architect who can design, develop, and lead full-scale Zoho-based enterprise solutions.

The Senior Zoho Developer / Architect will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of Zoho One suite solutions — from requirements discovery to system configuration, integration, and deployment. The candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient business solutions using Zoho products.

• Lead the architecture, customization, and deployment of Zoho One Suite applications, including CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, People, Flow, Desk, Analytics, and Campaigns
  .
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate business processes into effective Zoho-based workflows.
• Design and develop Deluge scripts
  , custom functions
  , and API integrations between Zoho and external enterprise systems (ERP, HRMS, Accounting, Cloud apps, etc.).
• Implement workflow automation, blueprints, custom modules, and approval processes to streamline enterprise operations.
• Build advanced Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports for business insights and performance monitoring.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle — from scoping and development to testing, deployment, and support.
• Work as a solution advisor to enterprise clients on Zoho adoption strategies, licensing, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices in data security, performance optimization, and governance

• 7+ years of total IT experience, including 4+ years hands-on in Zoho One Suite
  .
• Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, People, Desk, and Analytics
  .
• Strong command of Deluge scripting
  , custom functions
  , and Zoho API integrations
  .
• Experience integrating Zoho with third-party applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Twilio, Quick Books, and custom REST APIs
  .
• Ability to design end-to-end business process automation within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics data modeling and visualization
  .
• Good understanding of Zoho user management, profiles, and data sharing policies
  .
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in handling enterprise-scale Zoho implementations across industries like Insurance, Nonprofit, or Public Sector is a strong plus.

• Zoho Certified Developer / Zoho Certified Architect.
• Experience in middleware platforms (Zapier, Make, Pabbly, etc.) or custom UI development using Zoho Creator portals

• Exposure to AI/ML or low-code automation frameworks
  .
• Background in consulting or pre-sales for Zoho-based solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
