Description
The Digital Marketing Coordinator provides support to the marketing team to optimize the organization's digital marketing programs with a focus on content creation and management. This role will oversee the social media management platform Hoot Suite, engage customers via social comments/DMs, and compile social media analytic reports.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, content, etc.).
- Monitor all social channels via Hoot Suite.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and emerging digital tools.
- Ensure all content and campaigns are optimized for search engines and follow brand guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1‑3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt strategies.
$45,000‑55,000
