CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to lead and mentor multiple cross-functional Agile teams, applying Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices to drive high performance and continuous improvement.

Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, self-organization, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Remove impediments and ensure workflow transparency using information radiators.
• Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and support organizational Agile adoption.
• Promote continuous improvement, risk compliance, and an inclusive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification required; infrastructure experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years Agile team experience (2+ years as Scrum Master) or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles, Design Thinking, and digital capability development a plus.
• Experience leading through influence and fostering high-performing teams.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
