Join EY to lead data architecture initiatives for life science (clinical R&D and commercial) clients, delivering scalable, secure data solutions that align with business objectives.

• Design, develop, and govern data architecture solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake) to unify, enrich, and derive insights.
• Lead and provide technical guidance to cross‑functional teams (Data Scientists, Business Analysts, IT) on data strategy, governance, and implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality; drive continuous process improvement and risk management.
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and presentations to capture requirements and align on data architecture strategies.

• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and big data architecture patterns (Lambda, Kappa).
• Strong data architecture design skills: conceptual, logical, physical layers; data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning.
• Implement data integration best practices and secure data solutions (on‑the‑move, at‑rest).
• Excellent communication; ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Mentorship and team leadership; 2‑4 years of direct technical team management.
• Adaptive to new technologies; proactive and self‑motivated ownership of problem resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree and 10‑15 years of experience in Data Architecture/Engineering.
• 2‑4 years managing technical teams; at least 2 years in life science domain (clinical R&D & commercial).
• Strong verbal and written communication; team player and collaborative.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and enterprise‑grade solutions.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and advanced technology services.

• Competitive base salary range: $125,500 – $230,200; NYC metro area: $150,700 – $261,600;
  Washington & California (ex‑Sacramento): $150,700 – $261,600.
