Clinical & Revenue Position Programmer – Integration Services

CTG is seeking to fill a Clinical & Revenue Applications Staff Position Programmer – Integration Services position for our client.

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid Remote)

Duration: 12 months

• Develop, configure, and maintain healthcare interfaces for CAC/CDI, EHR, and billing systems.
• Build HL7 v2.x, batch, and EDI-style integrations to support revenue cycle workflows.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical interface designs and mappings.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, data mismatches, and performance issues.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and QA/QC best practices.
• Support go-live activities and post–go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Business Analysts, clinical leadership, IT, Compliance, and vendors.

• 5+ years healthcare interface development experience.
• Hands‑on with Inter Systems Ensemble and ISS/Link.
• Strong HL7 v2.x knowledge and healthcare integration patterns.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation, coding, charges, and financial transactions.
• Preferred: CAC/CDI platform experience, ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT/HCPCS, DRG knowledge.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
