Technology Consulting – Managed Services – SAP Operations and Delivery Manager
Join EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services team (Tech Ops) and drive our solutions for some of the world’s largest companies. The team builds application managed services, digital solutions, and bespoke offerings, expanding across all sectors with a focus on large managed‑service deals.
As a Senior Support Services professional, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality support, resolve complex issues, and maintain the smooth operation of our technology solutions post‑transition.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to service‑level agreements and operational agreements.
- Participate in client working sessions and travel as needed.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems – functional or technical, preferably S/4
HANA, Rise, or Grow. - Managing SAP delivery teams, including offshore delivery.
- Strong customer orientation and support operations experience.
- Proficiency in application management, ITIL processes, and technology service management.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Critical thinking and complex problem‑solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects.
- Expertise in Application Management.
- Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
- Strong customer orientation and support operations experience.
- Solid understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
- Proficiency in Stakeholder Management.
- Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations.
- Experience in Technology Service Management.
- Strong Troubleshooting, Triage, and Relationship‑Building skills.
- Excellent communication and impact‑oriented presentation.
- Digital Fluency and Emotional Agility.
- Hybrid Collaboration proficiency.
- Strong complex problem‑solving and critical thinking.
- Drive for outcomes and learning agility.
- Experience managing technology projects and post‑transition support.
- A proven track record of delivering quality support in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
