Software Implementation Consultant / Business Systems Analyst - Buffalo

This is a hybrid role (60% in office, 30% remote, 10% traveling to client offices) in Buffalo, NY.

About the job:

We're looking for Business Implementation Analysts to work one‑on‑one with clients across the Americas and simplify their processes with Odoo. This is an implementation project management role for someone excited to work at the intersection of software and business.

• Be a full‑cycle ERP Business System Analyst for North American clients, providing end‑user implementation experience.
• Manage client relationships while implementing Odoo SaaS solutions.
• Analyze clients’ business operations to map processes to Odoo solutions.
• Quantify resources required for ERP implementation tasks or projects.
• Project manage ERP implementations across modules such as Sales, CRM, E‑commerce, supply chain, inventory, POS, accounting, etc.
• Collaborate with Odoo developers to execute clients’ business requirements.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and End User Training with clients.
• Occasionally advise the sales team during pre‑sale for complex implementations.
• Train client end users on the Odoo platform.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Excellent planning, mapping, and communication skills with client interaction.
• Understanding of ERP use cases.
• Passion for software and enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in a SaaS or ERP company.
• Availability immediately.
• 1‑2 years post‑sales implementation experience.
