Relevant Experience & Experience required (in Yrs) 10+ years
Technical/Functional Skills
-MUST HAVE SKILLSTest management, Test strategy, planning and execution with Banking Domain experience
Experience with HP ALM, QTP, and other tools
Experience in designing Performance test strategies
Interact with Bank SMEsExperience in Mobile applications with Perfecto Mobile is a must Should possess good communication skills
Should have exposure to Automation testing
Should have experience in Performance Testing and Should have expertise in Load Runner or performance center.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead the testing engagements working with IT and Business teams
Technical/Functional Skills - NICE TO HAVE SKILLSPerformance Testing in Load Runner
Roles & Responsibilities Test Management Test Strategy and Planning Resource and Demand management
Risk ManagementQA specific metrics gathering and reporting
Stakeholder management
Mentoring team Performance reviews and goal setting
