As a Solutions Engineer at BVNK, you will be a technical partner to our commercial teams and prospective customers throughout the sales process. You will lead the technical strategy for some of BVNK's most complex and strategic opportunities, helping customers understand how BVNK's products and infrastructure can support their business and technical requirements.

You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Delivery, combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial judgment and executive-level customer communication. You will be responsible for reducing technical uncertainty during the sales cycle, shaping scalable solution architectures, identifying risks and dependencies early, and ensuring that opportunities handed to Delivery are well-designed and ready for implementation.

In addition to owning customer opportunities directly, you will help raise the technical standard of the broader Solutions Engineering organization through mentoring, reusable solution patterns, technical enablement, and cross-functional leadership.

• Act as the technical owner for strategic, complex, and enterprise customer opportunities throughout the sales process.
• Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to develop technical strategy, qualify opportunities, and progress deals toward successful close.
• Lead complex technical discovery across customer architecture, payment flows, integration requirements, regulatory considerations, operational processes, and business objectives.
• Design scalable end-to-end solutions using BVNK's APIs, products, payment rails, stablecoin infrastructure, and supporting capabilities.
