Sr. Manager, Advanced Analytics

A leading independent media planning, buying, and analytics agency is seeking a Sr. Manager, Insights & Analytics to join its growing team. The organization partners with a diverse portfolio of clients to deliver data-driven marketing strategies, measurement solutions, and business insights. The Sr. Manager of Insights & Analytics will lead reporting and analytics delivery across a portfolio of client accounts. This individual will work closely with internal Account, Planning, Technology, and Analytics teams, while also partnering directly with client stakeholders to identify insights, drive reporting excellence, and improve measurement capabilities.

This role offers a blend of hands-on analytics, client-facing communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Leading reporting work streams across multiple client accounts, including dashboard development and recurring performance reporting
• Identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities within existing measurement frameworks
• Translating complex datasets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Managing reporting timelines and coordinating deliverables across internal and external analytics partners
• Supporting client meetings and presentations, communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Partnering with account and media teams to ensure reporting aligns with campaign objectives and business goals
• Managing and mentoring Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers within the analytics function
• Reviewing team deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Recommending improvements to reporting processes, workflows, templates, and quality assurance procedures
• Supporting the execution of established measurement strategies across a variety of client engagements

• 5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, reporting, insights, or a related field
• Prior experience of managing, mentoring, or developing junior analytics professionals
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting solutions
• Experience working with Big Query or a comparable cloud data warehouse
• Experience with Funnel.io or comparable ETL/data integration platforms
• Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and transform data into actionable recommendations
• Experience managing multiple projects, accounts, or work streams simultaneously
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, external partners, and client stakeholders
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies such as attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality analysis preferred
• Experience with in an agency or client services environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field
