• Manage testing activities including UI automation, integration, performance, scalability, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Plan and track testing.
• Define testing roles/responsibilities, testing cycles, processes, and movement across environments.
• Define and oversee test environments.
• Schedule tests and report testing status.
• Ensure requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each test phase and at final acceptance.

• Test planning, design, development, and execution based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Coordination, tracking, and analysis of testing activities.
• QA leadership on large, highly technical projects.
• Functional and performance testing tools.
• Hands-on recording and scripting of automated functional tests.

• Minimum 7 years planning, designing, developing, and executing test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Minimum 5 years coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities.
• Minimum 5 years as a test/QA lead on large and highly technical projects.
• Minimum 3 years using functional and performance test tools.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on recording and scripting automated functional tests.
• At least part-time throughout the contract; full-time during State-defined and approved periods such as testing.
• Onsite as needed during development, testing, and deployment.
