Our client, a well‑known regional law firm with a national presence, is seeking a patent attorney for their Rochester or Buffalo, NY office.
The ideal candidate will have two to six years of patent prosecution experience. A background in optics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering is desired. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client service skills.
As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $159,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
