Bankruptcy and Mortgage Modification
Hours:
10–20 hours per week
Will consider: employee associate attorney or "Of Counsel"
ResponsibilitiesBankruptcy:
Prepare, sign, and file bankruptcy petitions; meet with clients; complete paperwork with attention to detail; possibly represent clients in court. Assist with drafting the initial petition.
Mortgage Modification:
Prepare, sign, and submit mortgage modification requests to mortgage companies or attorneys to help clients save homes from foreclosure; appear in foreclosure and bankruptcy courts.

5+ years of experience in mortgage modification, bankruptcy, foreclosure, or related real‑estate law, or 1–2 years with a willingness to learn. Must be licensed, professional, and able to follow our firm’s standards and procedures.
