Phillips Lytle is looking to expand its Litigation Practice with enterprising attorneys who have experience handling commercial disputes in state, federal, and arbitration forums. We focus on complex litigation and have a roster of high-profile clients across industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences.

The Practice Group seeks to hire an attorney (Buffalo or Erie) with 4-6 years of experience handling complex litigation in state and federal forums. Candidates should highlight significant matters, types of claims, or industries with which they have experience. Applicants should have practical knowledge, superior writing and communication skills, and a strong academic record.

Annual salary range: $137,000–$153,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience or other job‑related factors permitted by law.
