Direct Hire, On-Site - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No evenings or weekends) - Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
- Start Date:
January 1st (Part-time option available until transitioning to full-time on April 1st)
We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling wills and trusts, as well as managing the full scope of estate planning and probate administration.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills and trusts
- Manage estates and oversee probate administration processes
- Conduct legal research to support attorneys and clients
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding estate matters
- Provide administrative support in estate planning and administration cases
- Proven experience as a paralegal specializing in estate planning and estate administration
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate procedures
- Excellent drafting, organizational, and research skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail
- Professional communication skills for client interaction
