Seeking a patent attorney or agent with 2-6 years of relevant experience for the firm’s Rochester or Buffalo office.

Mid-sized 100+ year old full service law firm with offices throughout NY state, servicing local, regional, and national clients with top legal advise and respect.

The ideal candidate will have two to six years of patent prosecution experience and a background in optics, physics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or aerospace engineering. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client service skills.

Salary $120,000 - $165,000 per year
