Litigation Attorney

* Position Summary:

* The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients.

* Responsibilities:
* * Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.

* Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.

* Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.

* Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

* Qualifications:

* * Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

* Admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing).

* 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.

* Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
