Title: Personal Injury Attorney (Hybrid)
Salary: $85, BASE + Aggressive Bonus Structure with the potential to earn up to $350,000+ on an annual basis through production‑based incentives and bonuses

We are seeking a team‑oriented Personal Injury Attorney who will be responsible for managing a full personal injury caseload from initial client intake through litigation and case resolution.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney that enjoys having a lot of autonomy. The candidate should be motivated by results to grow within a firm that is actively expanding and handling a high volume of significant personal injury matters. The new hire will have the own Paralegal and Case Manager working specifically for them.

- Handle all aspects of a personal injury case from initial client sign‑up to filing and closure
- Collaborate with your own Case Manager and Paralegal
- Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients through all stages of litigation
- Maintain regular communication with clients and firm staff to ensure case progression
- Licensed to practice law in New York State
- Preferred (but not necessary): 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or insurance defense
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a full case‑load & meet performance expectations
