** Commercial Aircraft Group's** (CAG) unconstrained demand plan across original equipment (OE), aftermarket, and MRO business segments. Supporting the
** Integrated Business Planning** (IBP) organization, this role aligns customer demand signals, market intelligence, and business assumptions into a single demand plan that drives operational, supply chain, financial, and inventory planning activities across the enterprise.  Key priorities include improving forecast accuracy and forecast bias, leading the monthly Demand Review process, developing statistical and assumption-based demand forecasts, supporting strategic business planning, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and operational capabilities.

This position serves as the demand planning subject matter expert within CAG's IBP operating model and plays a critical role in supporting revenue, working capital, and profit forecasting decisions.  To be considered for the

** role, here's what you'll typically need to bring with you:  
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline required. Advanced degree and/or APICS (CPIM/CSCP), IBF CPF, or related certification preferred.
* 5+ years of supply chain, demand planning, forecasting, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, or related planning experience.
* Experience developing and managing demand forecasts using statistical, rate-based, consumption-based, and business assumption-driven methodologies.
* Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting, inventory planning, supply planning, and operational planning processes.
* Experience utilizing ERP and advanced planning systems, including SAP, SAP S/4

HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro, or similar tools.
* Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
* Advanced Excel and reporting skills;
Power BI and data analytics experience preferred.
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
* Commercial aerospace, aftermarket/MRO, manufacturing, or complex industrial forecasting experience preferred.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, highly cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities in a dynamic business setting.  As a
