American Medical Response (AMR) in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to function as a call-taker telecommunicator, receiving, recording and managing requests for ambulance assistance. The Dispatcher will provide pre-arrival instructions as indicated.
The Dispatcher will allocate EMS resources per approved protocols, ensure accurate paperwork and data entry, generate reports, and maintain current knowledge of company policies.
