Join us!## Make an Impact as a Senior Project Manager at Worldwide  As a Senior Project Manager CNS, you will play a critical role in delivering Phase I-IV clinical trials that have local, regional, or global reach. You will take ownership of study delivery from start-up through closeout, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality, timeline, and budget expectations.  

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors. Your leadership will directly contribute to the successful execution of clinical research programs and the delivery of results that matter.  You will combine strategic thinking, operational oversight, and financial management to guide projects to success while fostering strong client relationships and supporting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.  

## Where You'll Work  This is a remote role open to candidates based in Central or Eastern Europe. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.  Travel will be required on an as-needed basis, including domestic and international travel as required by project needs.  ## What You'll Do  
* Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver Phase I-IV clinical trials from start-up through closeout.
* Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management to ensure successful delivery against timeline, quality, and budget objectives.
* Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
* Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Manage project resources, identify potential gaps, and develop contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
* Monitor project financial performance and contribute to meeting assigned revenue and budget targets.
* Facilitate collaboration, resolve conflicts, and promote effective teamwork across global project teams.
* Ensure project deliverables meet contractual requirements, client expectations, and applicable clinical research standards and SOPs.
* Drive process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and quality across assigned projects.  ## What You'll Bring
