Clean Team is actively seeking passionate individuals to join us as an Area Manager. As an Area Manager, you will play a vital role in territory management to ensure the seamless operation of our branch.

• You are committed to providing customers with the highest quality service.
• You are hardworking and can handle the nitty-gritty details.
• Utilizing your leadership skills to train and coach your teams is your top priority.

• Ensure quality service provided to customers by inspecting buildings, delivering supplies and managing field staff.
• Controlling supply costs and ensuring each account is adequately stocked with products/equipment.
• Collaborating with upper management to provide effective communication for our teams.
• Managing your time efficiently to meet operational needs.
• Training new hires.
• Cleaning/servicing facilities as needed during coverage gaps.
• Visiting multiple accounts throughout any given night.

• Minimum ONE year management experience (commercial janitorial services preferred)
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current car insurance.
