Base pay range$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
The RoleReporting to the Logistics Manager, the Shipping and Receiving Associate is a vital part of the logistics team, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled safely, efficiently, and accurately. You’ll work closely with the logistics, production, and quality teams to keep materials and products flowing in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do- Safely operate forklifts to move materials in a busy industrial environment
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for accuracy and damage
- Prepare and stage outgoing shipments of finished goods and raw materials
- Verify and complete all paperwork including Bills of Lading, invoices, and receipts
- Collaborate with QC and production teams to ensure product readiness and accuracy
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized shipping and receiving areas
- Conduct regular forklift checks and comply with safety and maintenance procedures
- Support inventory counts and material flow tracking
- Learn and follow Clean Fiber’s logistics, vendor, and quality control processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A-Shift
- Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + Every Other Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM - D-Shift
- Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday + Every Other Wednesday | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Hours
: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12‑hour shifts) - Generous shift differential pay for weekend and extended‑hour coverage. $2 -$5 per hour
- Enjoy built‑in long weekends on your off weeks
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1‑2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Forklift operation experience (certification a plus, or we’ll train you!)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and be on your feet throughout your shift
- Ability to work and be adaptable to seasonal temperature changes in a warehouse/plant setting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Calendar, and Gmail
- Understanding of inventory systems and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Safety‑first mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in a startup or growing plant environment
- Familiarity with developing or improving shipping/receiving procedures
- Experience in both small and large‑scale shipping/logistics operations
