Welder Fabricators - 2nd SHIFT

Position Title

Welder Fabricators - 2nd SHIFT at Linita Design & Mfg. Corp.

We are looking for flux‑cored welders with experience in custom/structural steel fabrication.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform multi‑pass welds, gauging and grinding on fillets ranging from 1" to 2".
• Set up 600 amp wire feed welders.
• Operate 100‑ton cranes, cutting and heating torches, overhead cranes, and use of an ironworker.
• Basic materials handling, drilling, taping, sawing, and grinding.
• Work from scaffolding as necessary.

Shift: Mon‑Thurs, 2pm‑12:30am. Extra $1.50/hr for 2nd shift.

Pay range: $20–$25 per hour for entry‑level. Wage expectations to be provided with resume.

Ongoing overtime to the 40‑hour workweek may occur.

• Experience as a flux‑cored welder in custom/structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to perform multi‑pass welds and gauge properly.
• Experience with 100‑ton cranes and 600 amp welders.
• Ability to drill, tap, saw, grind, and use overhead cranes.
• Scaffolding work capability.
• Entry‑level welders will be considered.
