Rosina Food Products is seeking a Maintenance Industrial Engineer to support and enhance the reliability, efficiency, and performance of our manufacturing and packaging operations. This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on equipment optimization, maintenance strategy, and continuous improvement within a food manufacturing environment.

• Analyze equipment and maintenance data to improve reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and best practices for maintenance and manufacturing processes
• Support system commissioning, performance testing, and equipment upgrades
• Partner closely with Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and R&D teams on capital projects and process improvements
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to processing and packaging equipment
• Maintain material and utility balances to support efficient equipment operation
• Use data, metrics, and engineering tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and safety regulations
• Provide technical leadership related to manufacturing systems and maintenance performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance engineering, or reliability‑focused roles
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus!
• Experience supporting maintenance systems, equipment optimization, and plant‑floor troubleshooting
• Proficiency in CAD, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, etc.)
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Willingness to support manufacturing operations, including occasional off‑shift or weekend work
