Salary: $17.00/hr - $32.00/hr

• Assemble, repair, and maintain electric motors.
• Test and rewind electric motor and generator stators, armatures, or rotors.
• Inspect equipment and parts for damage, diagnose possible reasons for failure.
• Provide information on parts/work required and recommend improvements.
• Observe and adhere to Power-Flo Technologies safety procedures.
• Maintain quality standards.

• Experience specifically in winding AC/DC electric motor stators.
• Familiar with hand tools, impact guns, cut off wheels, and drills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must regularly lift and/or move more than 25, 50, or 100 pounds.
• Valid and clean driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

• Stand for up to 8 hours.
• Lift 50 pounds.
• Work on elevated platforms and climb ladders.
• Standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching.
• Exposure to dust, loud noises, hot and cold conditions.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for hand tools and power tools.
