We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented entry level laborer to join our team. The Racker Packer will be responsible for packing products into racks or trays in preparation for shipment or storage. This position requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Accurately pack products onto racks or trays as per company standards.
• Ensure that all products are correctly labeled and organized for easy identification.
• Inspect products for quality issues or defects before packing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Work with other team members to meet daily packing goals and production deadlines.
• Communicate any issues or concerns with supervisors or warehouse management.
• Assist with inventory management by counting and tracking products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to [50] pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
• Comfortable using packing equipment such as hand tools, scales, or packaging machinery.

• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures and humidity.
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• May be required to work in shifts, including evenings or weekends depending on business needs.

$16.00/hr.
