Industrial Cleaner- 2nd Shift

The Industrial Cleaner controls dust accumulation andassistsoperators inmaintainingan organized,clean, anddust freework environment.

Monday - Friday 2pm - 10:30pm

Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed is required. Weekend shifts may be mandated based on business needs.

$18/Hour

• Dust mitigation, control dust buildup on equipment, platforms, machines & floor.
• Responsible for documenting,assigned cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Assist operators with packaging organization .Organizingandcovering of packaging.
• Removal and discarding ofgarbage, empty pallets, recyclable goods.
• Training and instruction of new cleaning personnel / temporary employee's.
• Maintainsa clean floor using broom,mopand motorized floor scrubber.
• Assist operators with various needs upon supervisors and or lead operator's request.
• Ability to be Power Industrial Trucks (PIT) trained and certified
• Work effectively and ensure that food safety, authenticity, legality, and quality are maintained.
• Report any risks or any evidence of unsafe or out-of-specification product, equipment,packaging or raw materials, to a designated manager to enable the resolution of issues requiring immediate action.
• All other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required

• Ability to follow direction and complete tasks accordingly.
• Aptitude for teambuilding and employee engagement.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds,frequently lift and/or move up to 25poundsand occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depthperceptionand Ability to adjust focus.
