** Onsite – Buffalo, NY  Moog Commercial Aircraft Group is at the forefront of the aerospace industry providing flight control equipment and systems to the world’s leading commercial platforms.  We are positioned on virtually every aircraft in the marketplace, supplying reliable systems that are highly supportable and add significant value for our customers.

This roles offers a 2nd shift, on-site schedule at our East Aurora NY location, Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM plus 10% shift differential.
** To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you:
*** High School diploma or GED preferred. Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
* A background in shipping and receiving is preferred.
* Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License.
** As an Logistics Technician I, you will:
*** Package and prepare products for shipment per written and/or verbal instructions; includes coordination and scheduling delivery with trucking companies.
* Ensure the cleanliness of parts prior to packaging.
* Receive products and materials from vendors, customers, and subsidiaries.
* Occasionally be asked to drive and/or deliver parts from one plant/building to another.
* Ensure proper labeling and packaging to comply with contractual requirements, appropriate documentation completion before and after shipments.
* Maintain traceability of materials, including verifying that material matches vendor documentation and marking materials with trace numbers.
* Material movement throughout the shop
* Inventory stocking.
