Deckorators Buffalo flagship facility is expanding its leadership team. We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Production Supervisor to drive safe operations, high-quality output, and a strong team environment on off-shift hours.
The Production Supervisor – Night Shift oversees all night shift production activity, ensures targets are met, and serves as the on-shift resource during launch and growth phases of the plant. A 12-hour night schedule is required as operations scale.
