* The Role:

**** We are seeking a motivated
** Social Commerce Intern
** to support our Tik Tok Shop US initiatives, working remotely from New York City or hybrid from San Jose. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social commerce and e-commerce. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, event planning, agency management, and affiliate management, all within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Tik Tok Shop Support:
** Assist with the daily operations and campaign execution for Tik Tok Shop US. Monitoring and reporting on performance.
** Data Analysis:
** Collect, organize, and interpret social commerce and sales data to generate actionable insights for decision-making and reporting.
** Event Planning:
** Help coordinate in-person and virtual events (such as influencer showcases and product launches); manage logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications.
** Agency Management:
** Assist with communication between our company and external agencies, track project timelines, and help ensure deliverables are met.
** Affiliate Management:
** Support affiliate records, and monitor performance metrics.

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Familiarity with Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and major social commerce platforms
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Excel or data tools is a plus
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
