• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care

• Valid RN license
• Previous experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation (Preferred but not required)
• Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively
• Compassionate, reliable, and resident‑centered
