Overview

Garden Gate Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. This full-time role focuses on leading daily clinical operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring resident-centered care in alignment with care plans, regulations, and facility policies.

• Oversee daily clinical operations on the assigned shift
• Provide supervision and support to LPNs, CNAs, and direct care staff
• Ensure quality resident care in accordance with care plans, regulations, and policies
• Respond to emergencies, coordinate care transitions, and communicate with families and physicians
• Monitor compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and documentation standards
• Assist with onboarding, training, and performance feedback for nursing staff
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and facility leadership

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations
