$32.00/hr - $37.06/hr

• Sunday 7 AM - 3 PM
• Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM
• Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM

• Two-Tiered Insurance Plan:
  Medical and Dental

• Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted
• Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature
• Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed
• Treat and dress wounds and bedsores as needed
• May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Help Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
• Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output

• Must be able to work as a team member
• Valid NY State LPN license
• In good standing with State Registry
