This role encompasses supporting clients through all stages of prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care in an inclusive setting, while also delivering comprehensive family planning and well-person services in line with best practices and accreditation standards. Flexible scheduling is available for both full-time and part-time employment, blending office visits with on‑call responsibilities in a collaborative atmosphere.

• Experience providing patient care in maternal health, primary care, or women's health settings.
• History of working effectively in team-based environments with diverse populations.
• Competency with essential clinical documentation and patient education.
• Open to Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioners.
• Hold, or be eligible to obtain, nurse practitioner licensure in New York State.
