Job Description

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional with Epic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Epic experience is mandatory.
• Previous clinical experience in a relevant nursing specialty.
