Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant – Per Diem
We are a nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience providing substance use disorder services. The NP/PA will work part‑time on a per‑diem basis to support clinical services.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews, examinations, and diagnose conditions.
- Prescribe medications, order tests, and consult with physicians as needed.
- Recommend lifestyle changes and maintain accurate patient records for insurance.
- Supervise staff, review treatment plans, and participate in case conferences.
- Follow clinical and administrative regulations, including telehealth compliance.
- Provide per‑diem coverage for vacations and holidays.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Valid NYS licensure as NP or PA.
- Minimum 2+ years of postgraduate training.
- Continuing education to maintain licensure.
- Valid NYS driver’s license, drug‑free status, and successful background check.
- Reliable transportation to work in person.
Pay: $65+ per hour, 8–35 hours weekly (in person).
