Home Care RN Supervisor; Registered Nurse

Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Supervisor position with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA).

This role focuses on supervising Personal Care Aides (PCAs/HCSS) and supporting high-quality, non-medical home care services in the North Buffalo / Tonawanda area.

This is NOT a Certified Home Health Agency, and the agency does not medically manage patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Personal Care Aides (PCAs/HCSS) to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Provide hands‑on guidance, demonstrations, and real‑time problem solving
• Conduct initial patient and family assessments to determine care needs
• Perform field supervisory visits for PCAs and LPNs
• Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services on staff education and training
• Serve as an educational resource and support quality and infection control initiatives
• Oversee care delivery to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York
• Experience in home care (Licensed Home Care – NOT Certified Home Health)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no exceptions)
• Ability to work full‑time hours
• Willingness to travel within the North Buffalo / Tonawanda area
