Description:

Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. Requires previous experience in various surgical procedures. Competency in phlebotomy and IV placement is mandatory. Skills in a wide range of surgical interventions, including but not limited to:
Gastric bypass, laparoscopic cases, aortic aneurysm repair, carotid artery stenting, and total joint replacements. Experience with the Da Vinci Xi Surgical System is preferred. Ability to float between diverse surgical specialties is required. Familiarity with infection control, fire safety, and universal protocol is necessary. Must adhere to call requirements and minimal RTO. Experience with EPIC charting is a hard requirement.

Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for patient care collaboration. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Travel experience is required. Candidates must have the ability to perform in high-stress situations. Emergency response experience is a plus.
