Job Opportunity – Emergency Department Registered Nurse – New York

Start Date: November 8, 2026

Location: Central New York

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours per week, night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with possible weekend coverage and every-other-holiday rotation per department schedule. No call required.

• 13-week emergency department assignment in a dynamic acute care setting
• Night shift schedule providing consistent hours and work-life balance
• Epic electronic health record system for streamlined documentation
• Structured holiday rotation ensuring predictable time off
• No on-call requirements
• Collaborative emergency care team environment

• Active New York State Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certificate required
• Valid NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certificate required
• Must reside 75+ miles from facility location
• Emergency department experience preferred
