The Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality of systems/software products, processes, and procedures. This role involves evaluating compliance through process monitoring, product evaluation, and work product audits. The Lead will manage projects, coach, mentor team members, and assist in developing Quality Assurance Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with key business stakeholders and project members to document requirements.

Lead large projects and teams.

Possess extensive experience in IT quality programs and practices.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Understand quality cost/benefit principles and their impact on business decisions.

Ensure adherence to system/software standards, processes, and procedures.

Provide guidance to improve quality assurance/test standards, focusing on continual process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Participate in requirements solicitation to support business initiatives.

Lead test management and resources in developing test strategies and plans.

Evaluate development control processes and establish quality assurance approval points.

Comply with applicable laws, regulations, client policies, and external requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
