- Apply NADCAP, AWS, ASTM, and AMS standards across metal samples, weldments, coatings, and additive-manufacturing builds.
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience making high-stakes accept or reject decisions involving micrographs, weld macros, fracture surfaces, coatings, or LPBF builds.
- Advanced knowledge of ASTM, AMS, AWS, NADCAP, NACE/AMPP, and SSPC standards, including U.S. and international requirements.
- Current or previous AWS Certified Welding Inspector, CWI, credential, or an equivalent metallurgical certification.
- Demonstrated experience in metallographic analysis, heat‑treatment evaluation, weld inspection, and industrial coating assessment.
