Overview
Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1-3 years of sophisticated transactional commercial real estate and multifamily housing experience. Please upload your resume and deal sheet for consideration.
Responsibilities- Represent owners/developers of multifamily rental real estate in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions.
Affirmative housing experience is a plus.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $120,000-$140,000, commensurate with experience.
