- Clean and sanitize all tableware and cookware used in the service and preparation of meals for guests. Clean and organize all dish areas and storage areas as necessary and as directed.
- Handle the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and service areas and assist the cook on the serving line during meal periods.
- Wash and inspect all dishware and glassware. Store clean utensils, dishes, and glassware in proper places.
- Keep the dishwashing machine and dishroom in clean operating condition.
- Sweep and mop the kitchen area and waitress stations, and clean filters over the stove area.
- Ability to push/pull objects and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds, unassisted).
