Supporting your co-workers and our patrons to provide and maintain the taproom atmosphere – clean, friendly, and fun. Ideal candidates will support our company culture and vision, possess a “can-do” personality, be self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude, flexible, and willing to learn.

Basics: taking orders, pouring beer, mixing cocktails and serving guests, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar space, replenishing supplies, etc. We want someone with the strong desire to promote our brands and provide unparalleled service – the ultimate guest experience!

We're looking for an experienced Bartender that can take on occasional shift supervisor duties. This individual will be tip eligible for all shifts, however, will take on additional responsibility to be the supervisor on duty at times (with increased hourly compensation). An ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, be able to direct staff and ensure all tasks are complete to RBC standards.

Supporting established protocols, safety measures, fairness, and providing superior customer service is imperative. This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend availability.

Bartending shifts: $10.35/hr plus tips

Bar Supervisor shifts: $1550/hr plus tips

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency bartending; willingness to quickly learn our beer and cider offerings as well as specialty beverages/cocktails
• Previous supervisory experience highly desired
• Customer service focus/hospitable to patrons

• Be able to adapt to volume fluctuation
• Strong work ethic; punctual and attentive to schedule
• Able to follow directions; promote cleanliness and protocols
• Must be of state legal age to serve alcohol
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

We're located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors, Buffalo, NY. We're a young brewery, established in 2013, and on the heels of the “resurgence” of the city (see what we did there?). Many are flocking to the region for our good eats, affordable living, friendly atmosphere, craft brew scene, new opportunities, and, of course, experiencing all four seasons!

We're a big city, but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation, and we value hard work. We're die-hard sports fans, perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes, and rich in history, architecture, and the arts.

Salary: $10.35 - $15.50 per hour
