Position: PT Overnight Bakery 230am-11am- 9011

PT Overnight Bakery 230am-11am-9011 – Clark Holdings, Inc. / Tim Hortons, 1685 Grand Island Blvd, Grand Island, NY.

We are searching for a part‑time Overnight/Morning Bakery Team Member (230am‑11am) who is energetic, dedicated, and strives to provide excellent food items and service in an efficient, professional manner. The role includes designing, executing, and performing quality checks on ingredients and finished products; using icing, glazes, fillings, and decorations to enhance presentation; processing orders; and maintaining clean workstations and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth bakery operation.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure bakery products are fresh and accurate, following all procedures and the product shelf‑life standards.
  • Deliver consistent, outstanding guest service by maintaining a visually appealing showcase of high‑quality products.
  • Enhance the guest and employee experience through friendly, attentive behavior, following the S.E.T. Principles:
    Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
  • Apply proper procedures to guarantee order accuracy and prepare finished products to meet quality standards.
  • Support speed‑of‑service targets by working efficiently to fill orders and meet guests' needs.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly, taking responsibility for service recovery and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Follow operational standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation as provided through training.
  • Monitor inventory of bakery products in the fridge and freezer and prepare items as needed.
  • Prepare products in appropriate quantities to minimize waste, recording prepared items and waste on the production sheet.
  • Respond to showcase and product needs communicated by the Restaurant Front.
  • Assist in serving guests in the Restaurant Front when necessary.
  • Regularly monitor and record temperatures of required products, fridges, and freezers.
  • Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure readiness for rush periods and timely service.
  • Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and follow safe work practices.
  • Use personal protective equipment or clothing as required.
  • Report any injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions, or contraventions of health and safety regulations promptly to the Restaurant Manager or Human Resources.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely to ensure the well‑being of everyone.
Physical Demands and Working Environment

Work is performed in a busy quick food service restaurant with frequent communication with customers and other employees. The role requires standing for prolonged periods, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. Employees must lift, carry, push, or pull light to moderate weights (5–50 lbs) and operate cash register systems requiring repetitive hand movements. The environment includes frequent exposure to cold/freezing temperatures and high heat temperatures (walk‑in freezers/coolers and working with ovens).

Verbal communication of information is essential.

Vision

See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

Hearing

Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction, and be able to use and wear a headset if needed to take and process customer orders.
