Retail Associate – Inventory

WIS International is looking for a Retail Associate – Inventory who loves structure, enjoys working on their feet, and turns focus and stamina into results.

Start with a competitive wage of $17.50 - $23.00 per hour with the opportunity for productivity-based increases up to $5.00 over the first six months. You will count and record inventory with precision, follow a consistent workflow, move between inventory locations, and meet daily performance goals.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver or warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience required – training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Desired qualities: no degree needed, returning to the workforce, military experience, access to reliable transportation.

Stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions with both hands and wrists, frequently bend, squat, kneel or crouch, use a ladder, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., and travel by car or airplane as needed. Overnight stays may occur on a case‑by‑case basis.
