• Sorts donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories ♻️
• Prices items using our guide and identifies high-value goods 💰
• Meets daily production goals and quality standards 🎯
• Transports donations to sales floor then stocks, rotates, and displays items 🛒
• Keeps work areas clean, organized, and safe 🧼
• Transports items to the compactor/dumpster as needed 🚛
• Assists at the donation door and moves donations as needed 🚚

• Detail-oriented and efficient
• A team player who’s not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work
• Physically capable of lifting and moving donations regularly

• Ability to assess item quality and value
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently
• Willing to attend a full-day orientation in Buffalo (for full-time hires)

• $15.50–$17.00/hour based on experience, skills, and education
