Rapid Dry Restoration, a trusted leader with over 20 years of experience in water, fire, and mold restoration, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with restoration industry knowledge or proven experience in building strong business relationships in a competitive sales environment.
What You’ll Do:- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in water, fire, and mold restoration services.
- Represent Rapid Dry with professionalism and integrity in the community.
- Educate potential clients and partners on our services and value.
- Track sales activity and maintain detailed client records.
- Previous experience in the restoration industry or proven success in outside sales/business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking ability.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive base salary plus commission.
