About the CompanyOur client one of the largest fabrication equipment distributors in North America
The RoleThis is a client-facing, field-based sales engineer role responsible for selling automated equipment, robotics, and fabrication machinery to OEMs and job shops.
You’ll start with 6 months of intensive training and work closely with senior leadership (CEO & VP Sales) to learn the business. Once ramped (6–18 months), your success is tied directly to gross margin performance
—with commissions a 3rd of what you bring in
—reps earning around 500K to $1M annually

What You’ll Do- Own and grow a local sales territory
- Hunt for new business: cold calling, referrals, on-site visits, lead chasing
- Build strong client relationships and manage long, complex sales cycles
- Work autonomously while being part of a high-performance national team
- Sales-minded,
money-motivated individuals with grit and discipline - Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales preferred
- Ability to hustle, work independently, and build client relationships
- Strong mechanical aptitude or background in engineering/technical fields is a plus
- Able to work 70+ hour weeks if needed to build a successful territory
- Lucrative earning potential – reps earning around 500K to $1M annually
